9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a consultation slot is booked and payment is successfully processed, the amount is non-refundable. We understand that plans can change; therefore, you may request to reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Failure to join the session within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be considered cancelled without any refund. In the rare event that the mentor cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Modifications
